Shipment Desk gives Ethiopian clearing agencies a private workspace for each shipment. The public pilot page describes a checklist, documents, expenses, quotations, stage history, and customer tracking links.

- One shipment record with reference, importer, route, cargo, and editable checklist
- Private document upload and six clearance stages with an audit trail
- Expense logging and quotation snapshots using exact arithmetic
- Revocable customer tracking links that omit internal costs and files

The site describes a pilot release. Limits and workflows are published product claims, not evidence of customer adoption or revenue.
